Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).

Easy Exchange
If you face any size or color issues, we provide a simple exchange process. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and our team will assist you.

COD & Prepaid Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement after verification.

Delivery Charges
Customers are responsible for delivery charges in refund and exchange cases unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
