1. Returns & Exchanges

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

For clothing items, kindly ensure items are in original condition and not worn or washed.
2. COD / Pre-paid Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please confirm your order via WhatsApp or phone call if requested.

For pre-paid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Shipping & Courier Charges

Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
